Dazu wurden 79 m\u00f6blierte Einzelapartments mit Gr\u00f6\u00dfen von ca. 30 bis 33 m2 geplant. <br \/>Es wurde ein tragendes Mauerwerk mit Bodenplatte und Stahlbetondecken errichtet, mit Flachdach und erschlossen durch drei Treppenh\u00e4user.
