Apartment Renovation Neukölln

The layout of a 40 m² period apartment was completely reorganised. A central kitchen and living space replaces the former kitchen. The bathroom was reshaped and reoriented; the enlarged bedroom accommodates a double bed and wardrobe. Electrical and plumbing installations were renewed. Furnishings and the colour scheme were developed with the client. Carefully placed built-in elements provide additional storage and support everyday routines.
