The landscape design shapes the forecourt and entrance to the museum of the Stiftung Flucht, Vertreibung und Versöhnung in the Deutschlandhaus. Visitor routes and functional requirements are brought together in a coherent spatial arrangement. The forecourt forms the transition between the surrounding public realm and the museum visit. Landscape architects and artists coordinated the open-space design and artistic elements across disciplines. The aim is a connected outdoor setting in which access, orientation and artistic interventions work as a unified composition. The role at annabau covered landscape design in HOAI stages 3-5.
