The proposal for the Stöckachhaus completes the square’s spatial enclosure, with a façade that mediates between neighbouring buildings. Reduced traffic areas and a continuous paved surface reorganise the public realm, treating the square as a connected urban space from façade to façade. The square multifunctional building has a central courtyard and a shared foyer lit from above, extending the public square into the interior. A second courtyard on the upper floor provides access to the surrounding apartments and serves as an informal meeting place. The courtyards bring circulation and shared use together. The role at annabau included the design concept and 2D drawings.
