The 1970s villa stands in a fishing village on the southern Tyrrhenian coast. The renovation preserves the house’s character through careful repairs and targeted improvements, working with its existing materials and building elements. Existing surfaces, details and fittings guide the interventions, maintaining continuity between the original architecture and the renewed interiors. The first phase included stabilising dry-stone walls, repairing concrete balconies, renewing floor finishes, and restoring plaster and built-in timber furniture. A second phase is planned to include repainting the exterior, redesigning the garden and renewing external paving.
