An existing house in Brandenburg is gradually being developed into a private retreat and a small gathering place for shared activities. Occasional private use and small events are intended to complement one another. The first design phase includes openings in the gable wall, a dormer and the reorganisation of selected interiors. Building services and energy improvements are being prepared alongside a new planning application. Further interventions will emerge from the building's use and existing fabric.
