An existing loft-like floor on the Spree is converted into a club with two main halls. A new entrance and cloakroom, a redesigned bar and clearly defined routes organise the sequence of arrival, socialising and events. The concept connects the halls with ancillary rooms and outdoor areas. Spatial transitions, views and lighting create varied atmospheres. Freestanding bars and service stations support parties, live performances and private events. Design and construction supervision guide the interior fit-out from spatial reorganisation through to completion.
