The early-1970s housing estate comprises thirteen buildings in two blocks. Variations in height and condition provide the starting point for a comprehensive refurbishment. The proposals include energy upgrades to the building envelope, hazardous material remediation, concrete repairs, and the renewal of service risers, bathrooms and kitchens. Categorising apartment types allows measures to be standardised. The role as lead architect at RTW Generalplanung covered HOAI stages 1-3.
